Come out and play with your Cruiser crew at Dave & Buster’s—spend the day hitting the arcade, playing games, and grabbing lunch together! This Cruiser Day is also a fundraiser, so be sure to wear your Cruiser t-shirt and let them know you’re with the team when you arrive. Bring a friend, stay awhile, and let’s turn fun into support for our Cruisers!

Join us Friday nights for a fun, family-friendly evening at the pool with your Cruiser crew. Swimmers, divers, siblings, and parents—all are welcome. Pep Rallies are casual, come-as-you-are events where you can stay as long as you’d like, bring dinner or order in, and enjoy time with friends in and out of the water. We’ll kick things off with games and fun, followed by brief remarks and awards from the coaches. Each week features an optional theme to keep things light and festive—join in if you’d like! Come ready to swim, play, and have fun together.

Our Progressive Dinner is a fun, social evening just for our high school-aged athletes (rising 9th graders and above), giving them a chance to connect and enjoy dinner together outside of the pool. Cruisers will travel in small groups to different family homes throughout the night, with each stop featuring a different course of the meal. It’s a relaxed, high-energy night that builds community and gives our older athletes time to simply hang out and have fun together.

Families can get involved by hosting a stop along the route or donating food for hosts to serve.

Join us as we celebrate an incredible 2026 summer in the water and on the deck at our End of Season Banquet! This potluck-style evening brings the whole team together for dinner, free swim, and plenty of time to connect before the main event—the always-anticipated Boat Race (details coming). We’ll wrap up the night by recognizing our athletes with awards and celebrating all they’ve accomplished this season. It’s the perfect high-energy, all-team sendoff to close out the summer.

This page is designed to display your swim meets and non-meet events. Once you have set up some events in your current season, you will see them on this page (and you will want to edit or remove this footer). 

This is where your team will go for:

  • Volunteer job signup
  • Item donations, such as snacks for the team or concessions donations
  • RSVPs for non-meet events
  • Meet attendance declaration and/or meet entry signup

Each event can have file attachments including:

  • Heat sheets 
  • Directions/parking info
  • Results
  • Records broken, etc.

The events and meets that show up on this page are created under Manage Team > Schedule. We suggest  reading this blog before setting up meets and events, and you'll find our Help Center articles on the Schedule section of our site here. Events and meets set up in the "Schedule" section of SwimTopia are also used in conjunction with the "Upcoming Events" snippet.
